The 2025-2026 school year has been very successful for the Methacton High School Science Fair Team, which has been around for almost 20 years. The two initial competitions, the Pennsylvania Junior Academy of Science, held in February, and the Montgomery County Science and Research Competition in March, resulted in several students moving on to the next level. The mission of both of these competitions is to foster the next generation of scientists, engineers, doctors, and innovators, and give students the opportunity to learn more about their field of interest through unique experiments.
Twenty-four students earned first place at PJAS and will be moving on to the state competition at Penn State in May.
