The homecoming pep rally took place at the end of the school day on Friday, Sept. 24. The festivities included the recognition of all fall sports, tug-of-war competitions, egg races and wheelbarrow races. The faculty joined in to compete in tug-of-war against the junior and senior classes. The teaching staff defeated the juniors but lost to the seniors.
The fall sports team held banners and cheered as they walked down the track linking arms. Teams’ statistics were announced as well as captains. The marching band performed Nine to kick off the event.
